Channel Islands—Another great season of Concerts by the Sea has wrapped up, as folks across Ventura spent Saturday nights in 2026 dancing the night away, bringing picnics and families, including fur babies, to join the fun.
THE free concerts are set against the backdrop of Harbor View Park at Channel Islands Harbor, featuring great weather.
The event sponsors, the Channel Islands Harbor Foundation, Suntex Marinas, and the Port of Hueneme, make sure summers, especially on Saturday nights, are an absolute party.
The season kicked off in Grand Fashion on July 11 with the Colette Lovejoy Band, and didn’t stop there; it kept going through the grand finale, 80s Invasion.
Sandwiched in the middle were Nautical Thrust, featuring Yacht Rock; Buena Onda, with some Latin & Soul; Unkle Monkey, with Tropical Rock; Heartbreak Over Petty, featuring Tom Petty’s hits; the 805 Social Club, with its History of Pop Tribute; Lil Bit of Everything, featuring rock and country classics; and Brittney & the B Sides, with danceable music.
