Ventura—The March featured Cat at Cassie’s Cats and Kittens is Alexandra, a shy Kitty ready to meet her heroes who will bring her home.
ALEXANDRA is about three years old and was trapped in Los Angeles by a partner trapper.
"She was an older Kitten and was about 3-4 months old,” Cassie’s Cats and Kittens Founder Jennifer Thompson said. “They got her into foster care rather than putting her back into the street.”
“Alexandra was shy, and eventually, she came out of her shell and let people pet her,” Jennifer said. “Once she decided it was okay to be petted, she never looked back.
“Alexandra will need a patient adopter in a quiet home and give her the time she needs to feel safe and secure,” Jennifer added. “It won’t happen overnight.”
Alexandra is a sweet Kitty who likes belly rubs and “soaks up” gentle attention from people.
“Alexandra is a stunning Cat,” Jennifer said.
She enjoys a nice daily brushing since she’s longhaired, and it’s a nice way to bond with her.
The shy little girl would be better in a house without young children or dogs.
