Oxnard—On November 8, 2025, at approximately 9:50 PM, officers from the Oxnard Police Department and EMS personnel responded to multiple reports of shots heard and a shooting victim in the 400 block of W Hueneme Road in Oxnard.
OFFICERS arrived at the scene and located a 37-year-old male in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound with life-threatening injuries. Officers provided immediate medical care, and the victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is in critical condition.
Investigators from the Oxnard Police Department Violent Crimes Unit assumed responsibility for the investigation. The investigation is ongoing, and no further information is available at this time.
