Oxnard—Public Comments during the Tuesday, July 21 City Council meeting continued with a video of Council Member Aaron Starr and Alicia “Mama” Percell at a Libertarian Convention, in which he admitted that he has a Libertarian agenda for Oxnard.
“HE said, ‘Alicia and I interviewed dozens of people trying to find folks that would actually be part of our agenda,’” the caller said. “Later on, he also said, ‘I’ve recruited three candidates.’”
She said, “Districts 1, 2, and 5, wake up, because Aaron Starr thinks you're all stupid.”
The female caller did detective work and found the whole video. She said that if his fellow Libertarians want to run for office, they should come to him, because he knows what to say.
“As a previous speaker said, you know, he ran on lowering the cost of living and all these other things, and he hasn’t done any of that,” she said. “He just said that to get your vote. District 3 already fell for it, and Districts 1, 2, and 5 don’t fall for him, his agenda, and his puppets.”
