Oxnard—On Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 4:03 a.m., Oxnard Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in reference to graffiti in progress.
During the stop, Officers observed spray paint cans and other items associated with graffiti in plain view.
During a subsequent search, officers located a loaded 9mm P80-style firearm. Ayala was arrested for multiple firearm offenses.
