Ventura—In his Tuesday, October 21, report to the City Council, City Manager Bill Ayub said Historic Aliva Adobe will have a volunteer open house, from 1-2 p.m., on Sunday, November 9.
“This is an opportunity for those interested in helping out to discover ways they can lend their time and talents, and share a little piece of our history, through the Aliva Adobe,” he said. “The details are on the City’s website.”

Stay back from the shoreline, avoid jetties prone to flooding, and respect the power of our ocean.
He said Councilman McReynolds also toured the water reclamation facility.
“It’s rather remarkable,” Ayub said. “We’re having a virtual open house for our Water Department from 6-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12. There is another water reclamation tour from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, November 15. Visit cityofventura.ca.gov/ Rates for details.”
