Oxnard—The Finance and Governance Committee, Tuesday, June 10, approved the third amendment with TG Consulting for the EPL Licensing Module.
Assistant Chief Financial Officer and City Treasurer Jialan Su presented the item, stating that the new deal increases the amount with TG Consulting by $70,000, with the total contract amount not exceeding $366,938, and extends the contract to November 30, 2025.
“There was an unforeseen delay in the implementation of Tyler EPL Licensing Module, and we need to extend the agreement with TG Consulting Services to serve as the subject matter expert to complete the implementation and assist with the training after the go-live,” she said. “The current contract expires on June 30, 2025, and was first entered in Jan. 2023, with amendments in Sept 2023 and July 2024.”
She stated that TG Consulting Services has over 20 years of experience with the City’s Business Tax and permitting processes, as well as extensive knowledge of the Municipal Code and Ordinances.
